Frequently Asked Questions

What are your Shipping Policies?

Shipping fees are calculated using the Canada Post calculator. If you don’t see your country listed upon checkout, contact me here and I will assist you with your purchase.

Read the shipping liability and policies here.

Please note: All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions about the cost of shipping before purchasing, please contact me.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All paintings, prints and products are final sale.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes, I do! To initially reserve a painting, pay a 50% deposit of the original cost of the painting. Following that, you have 3 months to pay the remaining balance. After the payments are complete, I will send you your painting!

At the present time, I cant only do this through e-transfer. Please contact me to begin a payment plan.

Do you offer Art Classes or Workshops?

We currently have one class on Skillshare on “How to Build your Own Artist Wood Panel”. You can sign up here or learn more on our classes page.

Do you offer Framing?

Yes! Cameron, my partner, does all the beautiful custom floater frame work. A lot of my artwork is already framed and ready to hang; however, if you are interested in a painting that doesn’t have a frame, or you would like to request a different size/thickness of a current framed piece, please contact us and we can create a frame just for you!

Can I order a custom size canvas, wood panel or floater frame for my own painting pleasures?

Yes, absolutely! Cameron can build anything your heart desires. Just contact us and we can set up a custom order for you!

Do you take Commissions?

As I work full-time as a Public Health Nurse, my time in the studio is very limited. Due to this, I’ve decided for the time being I will not be accepting commission requests. This just for now and may change in the future!

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
